Favela Vila Pereira da Silvain in Rio de Janeiro is one of the so called 'pacified' favelas. Its transformation was due to the efforts of Nelcirlan Souza de Oliveira who founded Project Morrinho that consists of creating miniature favela as an art installation. This project was realised with the help of Marta Zampieri.
